This last picture is real because it was on the throatlift YouTube site. It was taking off for some reason don't know why. I think I might know how this works. The guy may have been standing on a chair and the woman had her arms up in the air already under his neck. The chair was slowly pulled from underneath him that left in the air hanging; the video never showed the woman lifting the Guy up, it just shows her already holding him in the air. This still take some strength, but not as hard as lifting him from the floor. This is dangerous by the way you can go unconscious quickly. Now there is a video on YouTube that shows a woman physically lifting a man off the ground by the throat, it shows it from the beginning to the end, totally mind blowing, Goggle lady of devestation lifts man against wall.
